Blog entry 16 " Let Them Eat Fat"

I believe eating fast food for instance MC Donald's is okay occasionally but just a little portion when you feel like it, but not everyday because having those meals causes many disadvantages like gain weight,  health complications and many other deceases. Is important to do  exercise to avoid getting fat and  maintain a good level of blood pressure.


In the first place many people enjoy having a fast meal, especially purchased by young black people because it is faster than any regular meal which is delicious and cheap. The author stated that  in the middle of Pasadena California the super size goes around 5 PM when children go for a quick bite, they are black kids going home from school. It demonstrates that they need to have a huge meal with sufficient calories after a  hard day they spent in the school.


In the second place we need to understand  the importance to have a good nutrition. Fast food chains and like Krispy Creme, Mc Donald's is a criticism by dietitians and nutritionists.  Because If we compare two different meals for instance a " cheeseburger" and  a " fish - mush potato with vegetables " dietitians and nutritionists are going to be happier that people have the fish meal that contains the necessary proteins and nutrients that any human being needs. Also children can focus and develop better by themselves in school not eating fast food.


In the third place we mentioned how important is to feel healthy. Having fast food every day can cause us many health complications like liver, heart or even diabetes problems. Also it is important to have a good discipline doing exercise in the daily basis to avoid getting fat. We need to avoid the spices and also salt.


In conclusion when we are talking about fast food is okay for any human being  to eat fast food but occasionally and not everyday. And eating more healthy food in the daily basis to avoid any kind of deceases or health problems.
